Bedrijfsprofiel:	Within the organization the Operations Department is responsible for all datacenter operations, including maintenance and upgrades of our buildings and equipment in order to maintain ‘uptime’ to the highest level. This requires you to work in an environment with high quality standards and strict operational procedures.
Inhoud werkzaamheden:	As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be a member of the Operations team reporting to the Facility Manager. The Senior Site Engineer, working closely with the European Service Centre, assists inhandling all the day to day operational and technical tasks in order to adhere to agreed SLAs with clients and to maximize client satisfaction. In addition, you prepare and execute facility projects that include replacement, upgrade and improvement of datacenter infrastructure systems. You are a vital contributor in providing customer satisfaction by solving problems adequately and providing (un)solicited support and advice to customers. Furthermore you will be working in a challenging international environment, dealing with complex issues that accompany such an environment. You will be responsible for: • Installation, supervision and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations • Execution and supervision of maintenance activities. • Preparation and supportof customer implementation projects • Provision of on site Customer and Facility Services in a 24/7 call out roster • Adherence to all Health & Safety activities within operations
Functie eisen:	Your profile: You have anMBO+Degree, strong technicalskills and you like to work in a flexible manner to support a high growth environment. You are able to work in a multi project environment. As a person you are stress-resilient, client focused and accurate. Furthermore you know how to analyze a problem and you can, based on available information, conclude correct and realistic. You will feel comfortable working autonomously but are also a good team player. You will also have: • At least 5years’ experiencein a datacenter environment is a must • You are familiar with typical datacenter infrastructure, like Diesel generators, UPS and cooling systems. • Able to read Electrical and signaling Diagrams • Good oral and written communication skills, technical English and Dutch • Flexibility towards working hours, willing to work in a 24/7 on-call schedule • Living within 45 minutes from Amsterdam
